COMMENTS/NOTES to seller in PAYPAL checkout, in order to receive the refund.

Alternatively, email us at orders@tlq.com.au with the voucher code.

Q. Why isn’t the discount being automatically deducted from my order?

A. We are actually not set up for automatic discounting at the moment (Coming soon)

Therefore, we will REFUND the discounted amount or delivery costs via PAYPAL or Direct Deposit

(depending on how you paid) within 24hrs of your purchase.

Q. I have several vouchers, can I use them all together?
Q. Can I use the vouchers in either of your retail stores?

A. Please note that discount voucher can only be used ONCE and are NOT to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Obviously, if you have various vouchers over multiple orders/fairs you may receive other discounts.

However, the regulations apply:

• One voucher per customer per transaction
• Cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers
• Not transferable for cash or in store
